Delize Gastro Fish Market is a concept of a boutique fish market, which daily offers a wide range of fresh fish and a large selection of frozen, dried, smoked, salted and marinated products, including other delicacies. We source fish from the Adriatic Sea directly from local fishermen along the Adriatic coast. The origin cities are mostly Pula, Rijeka, Krk and Split. Fish from other seas are sourced from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Morocco, Senegal…

The company also plans to open its own retail units under own trademark Delize. The concept of the fish shop itself is also connected to the catering department, where quick ready meals are prepared from daily caught small fish (sardines, pollock, hake), as well as other seafood dishes which varies by the assortment of fresh fish. In further development, the company also plans its own small boutique production of smoked salmon, resale of seafood salads and baccala spread and other related items, such as extra virgin olive oil and olives, all under the Delize brand.
